Ted Elliott, Chairman & CEO
Ted Elliott has a vision to create an on-demand information management service that will replace traditional Human Capital enterprise software technology. He is regarded as a pioneer in the adoption of "CRM for Recruitment" and the now-proven belief that multi-tenant, cloud-computing applications can be used to manage HR. Ted believes that "forms automation" in HR is best accomplished through cloud based application delivery.
Ted has been an industry commentator for the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, ComputerWorld, Staffing Industry Magazine, RedOrbit and InfoWorld. He is committed to assisting non-profits through technology. He led the Jobscience effort to launch HireHeroesUSA's career website to help wounded veterans.
Ted received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington and Lee University in 1994 and a JD from University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997.
Cary Fulbright, Chief Operating Officer
Cary Fulbright is an industry veteran with an unrivalled track record in growing revenues in the on-demand market. Cary was the first senior vice president of worldwide marketing and products, created the corporate sales business division and was first Chief Strategy Officer at salesforce.com. He helped grow that company's revenues from $7 million to $165 million in four years and played a key role in taking the company public. He was also responsible for product strategy at salesforce.com and drove the definition and launch of Enterprise Edition, Team Edition and Supportforce.
Most recently, Cary was President of Saaspoint, Inc., responsible for all North American operations for that global cloud computing consulting firm, and prior to that was VP and General Manager of OnDemand for Saba, Inc., and VP of Marketing & Products for Five9, Inc. He held senior management positions in product management and marketing at a number of software companies including: SAP, Autodesk and Software Publishing Corp. He began his career in advertising at J. Walter Thompson.
Cary has a BSFS in International Politics and a JD from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Trustee of the Bay School of San Francisco and President of the Board of Directors of The Arc San Francisco.
Wm. Terry Elliott, Chief Financial Officer
Terry Elliott has served as Jobscience's chief financial officer since the company's inception, overseeing all aspects of the financial management of the company. Terry is an integral member of the executive management team actively working with the rest of senior management to set Jobscience's financial and operational strategies. Under his leadership, Jobscience has enjoyed 40 quarters of market-leading growth.
Prior to Jobscience, Terry served as Chairman & CFO of Intracel and CFO of Eximas Pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience with financial management, planning and staffing for technology-based companies as the Managing Partner of OPV Venture Partners and as a Senior Electronics Industry Consultant for Stanford Research Institute. Prior to joining SRI, he founded Wellsco Data Corp., a spinout of Wells Fargo Bank, and he served as a Naval Officer with the Polaris program.
Terry holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
Brian Peddle, Vice President of Technology
Brian Peddle has an extensive background in directing product development for both startups and established organizations. He has worked at companies in the HR and recruiting categories that have been acquired by Macromedia, Adobe and Monster. He has held leadership positions in technology at Campus Career Center, Monster.com, HealthCareSource, and Essential.com.
Brian has a BS in Business Administration from Salem State College, and is completing an MS in Information Technology Management at Brandeis University.
Erin Jacobs, Vice President of Marketing
Erin Jacobs brings 15 years experience leveraging cost effective marketing tactics to find prospects and nurture customer relationships. She's been a sought after consultant for growing SaaS companies including Mindjet, SlideRocket, and Demandbase and was responsible for leading marketing teams at VerticalResponse. Erin also launched successful demand generation campaigns for companies including Informatica, InQuira and Nortel Networks. She's been a frequent speaker at business marketing events and authored expert marketer blogs on StartupNation.com and Manta.com.
Erin has a BA in Liberal Arts and a Minor in Philosophy from California State University, Chico.
Jason Gasper, Vice President of Sales
Jason Gasper is a proven sales leader with 15 years leading sales and training functions at Merck, Procter & Gamble, and Datascope. Most recently, Jason served as Director of Sales, Western U.S. and Canada for Solta Medical, the leading aesthetic device manufacturer, where he had general management responsibility for a $25+ million portfolio. In addition to driving significant revenue, Jason’s successful track record includes development of global training and inside sales departments, as well as leading several highly successful sales force expansions, global sales meetings and merger integrations. Jason also has recent HR and cloud computing experience through consulting engagements to Linkedin on several talent management and recruiting projects.
Jason is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Jay Hargis, Vice President of Services
Jay brings 15 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies and serves Jobscience customers in their transition to an integrated Cloud TRM platform. He served as a contributing author to Elements of Successful Organizations, and is recently published by The Workforce Institute™ at Kronos Incorporated. Jay's previous roles include: Director of Organizational Development at Tufts Medical Center, Director of Learning and Development at Digitas, and Director of Client Services and Training at BrassRing. He was also a Senior Consultant at Talent Insight Group, where he partnered with Wyndham Vacation Ownership organization to create a front-line supervisor's coaching and leadership development program. This program earned Gold designation from Talent Management Magazine. Since 2003, Jay Hargis has served as the Adjunct Professor of Organizational Development at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachutes.
Jay has a M.S. in Human Resource Development from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University.
Sean Rehder, Solution Strategist & Evangelist
Sean was named one of the Top 100 Influencers in HR in 2009 and brings 15 years experience developing strategic CRM sourcing and contingent workforce programs for both large staffing firms and enterprise companies. Sean leverages his experience to educate organizations about the tremendous value and best practices of relationship recruiting. He evangelizes and drives leading brands to take a talent-centric CRM approach to recruiting. He has worked with corporate recruiting teams to build CRM applications to find, engage and pipeline the most desirable talent in their industry, including: CBS, Dolby, Electronic Arts, Genentech, MGM Mirage, Research In Motion (RIM BlackBerry) and SNC Lavalin. In addition, Sean has provided HR compliance expertise to Adobe, Cisco, Oracle, Seagate, among others.
