We are a small recruiting firm and Jobscience has helped us to streamline many of our recruiting activities through the Salesforce integration. We can be much more productive and focus more on interacting with our candidates instead of managing our database since Jobscience does many of those tasks for us.

We switched to Jobscience for our ATS needs based on a few criteria: cost, ease of use and extensibility using third-party integrations. Jobscience has really come through for us on all counts. It’s priced very economically for our two person recruiting team. As we already use Salesforce extensively, the training and ramp-up curve is negligible (even for recruiters who have never used Jobscience before), and the browser agnostic feature of the Salesforce foundation is an added bonus (we have a mix of Windows and Mac users).

The customer support team (thank you Keith Collins) helped us with the third party integrations (such as automating job postings to multiple job boards) and was constantly present to help with training and ad hoc questions.

We are not a recruiting shop, and I’m happy to say that Jobscience works equally well for in-house recruitment.

There are many options available on the market, but none offer customizable, easy to use software with tutorials as I have found with Salesforce Recruiting. This product is one my company can continue to grow with for years to come.

I have been in recruiting for 5 years and I consider myself a relatively young and tech-savvy individual. I demand a lot from the software that I use and nothing frustrates me more than cumbersome, boring software that is still behind the technological times. I have used MaxHire, HireDesk and thoroughly researched Bullhorn, and all of them had significant shortcomings. Jobscience is, without a doubt, the best software platform I have used. It is the most versatile (works well on Macs, PCs, mobile devices), has the easiest and most pleasant user interface, has excellent advanced search options and job posting abilities, and has very accessible customer service support that is always available to help with a smile. My only regret is having to spend years using the other HR platforms when I could have been using this!

We recently added Jobscience to our existing Salesforce system with excellent results. The implementation was as smooth as turning on a light switch. Jobscience is easy to customize. With the help of Jackie Teal we were quickly able to modify Jobscience to give us all the features of our previous system along with many new bells and whistles. I highly recommend Jobscience and Jackie Teal to anyone considering adding the Jobscience Apps especially those who are currently on Salesforce.

I literally shopped dozens of recruitment database software systems. Jobscience is head and shoulders above their competitors. The Jobscience recruitment application coupled with the salesforce.com technology is a one-two punch that has increased my competitive edge in the marketplace. Jobscience is easy to use and full of effective recruitment tools, and everything can be customized. I hesitate to post this review due to the fact that I want Jobscience to remain my little secret. I think Jobscience has the pulse of the recruiting and staffing industry.

Jobscience and Salesforce.com are what have allowed us to effectively bring our sales and recruiting teams onto the same platform for the first time. We are finally able to customize reports to meet the needs of different business lines and clients, get a quick and easy snapshot of our current pipeline of business, and tailor the system to our needs and processes.

The product is constantly evolving and refining to better improve processes, and takes under consideration the input of the users to help guide change. We’ve only seen improvements in the tool and its functionality since we began using it and it is becoming more and more staffing friendly with each release.

The live support feature is fantastic, and anytime our users or admins have had issues we’ve been able to get support and often resolution within a short period of time. Jobscience is very responsive and very open to suggestions.

I can’t understate the value that having a customizable system has provided our organization. Our experience with previous ATS’s has been that that customization is near impossible, upgrades are infrequent and cumbersome, and reporting is static. Jobscience is the exact opposite and has provided our business the opportunity to streamline and reduce duplication of efforts and data entry.
