CPL is an international recruitment agency listed on both the London and Dublin stock exchanges. The company provides permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, outsourcing, managed services, training and payroll and advisory services to public and private sector organizations. CPL offers this flexible portfolio of services to over 1,500 clients each year and manages a database of nearly one million candidates.
CPL wanted a modern CRM that could utilize more efficient Web 2.0 applications and allow for reporting across multiple countries and languages. The solution needed to have a strong built-in search tool so that employers could be quickly matched to the most appropriate candidates across CPL’s extensive database.
An effective workflow element was required to manage their applications, resumes, CVs, appointments and follow-up. In addition, an enterprise-class CRM was essential to ensure quality relationships were maintained with both job seekers and corporate clients.

The changeover from CPL’s legacy client-server system to Jobscience with initial configuration and rollout was achieved in eight weeks. The initial deployment also included loading 400,000 resumes into the system, each of which was tagged to provide powerful and automated search function. CPL now has a powerful, cloud-based recruitment CRM, built on the highly secure and reliable Force.com platform. CPL’s 225 users leverage simple-to-use workflow and search functionality that is customized for the recruitment industry with seamless multi-country and multi-language capabilities.
