Ted Elliott

Regarded as a pioneer in the adoption of CRM for recruitment, Ted Elliott has a vision to connect companies with great people by using cloud-computing applications. Ted believes that automation, integration, cloud delivery and breaking down walled-garden technology are key to driving value for today’s social enterprises.

Ted has been an industry commentator for The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Computerworld, Staffing Industry Magazine, RedOrbit.com and InfoWorld. He is also committed to assisting nonprofits through technology. He led Jobscience’s effort to launch Hire Heroes USA’s career website to help wounded veterans connect with meaningful careers.

Ted received a B.A. in History from Washington and Lee University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Tim Bailey

VP of Professional Services

Tim Bailey is a seasoned professional services executive with a unique combination of enterprise software experience coupled with good, common sense. Tim has served in a variety of roles during his 17+ years in high tech, from management of an advanced technical services team and spending his last 10+ years managing virtually every aspect within professional services organizations from direct delivery management experience, to selling solutions and running the services operations and practice management areas. Tim started in support at Harper & Shuman back in the mid 90's and worked his way up the chain with ever increasing responsibilities and helped grow Harper & Shuman, later acquired by Deltek, Inc from a small, 60-person software company to a global leader in project-based enterprise management solutions with $300M in annual revenues and over 1,400 employees worldwide.

Tim served as the VP, Professional Services at Deltek where he helped lead the Vision product line’s PS unit, growing revenues from $2M to $15M in a 4-year period. Tim later served in a trusted senior management role and helped build the PS organization to a global leader, generating $90M annually for Deltek. In his most recent role, Tim served as Sr. Director, Operations at Guidance Software, where he played a critical role in facilitating double-digit revenue growth while vastly improving margin contributions within the professional services unit.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts, in History from Providence College with a minor in Business Studies. Tim also holds a number of technical certifications.
