Ted Elliott

Regarded as a pioneer in the adoption of CRM for recruitment, Ted Elliott has a vision to connect companies with great people by using cloud-computing applications. Ted believes that automation, integration, cloud delivery and breaking down walled-garden technology are key to driving value for today’s social enterprises.
Ted has been an industry commentator for The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Computerworld, Staffing Industry Magazine, RedOrbit.com and InfoWorld. He is also committed to assisting nonprofits through technology. He led Jobscience’s effort to launch Hire Heroes USA’s career website to help wounded veterans connect with meaningful careers.
Ted received a B.A. in History from Washington and Lee University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Wm. Terry Elliott

Terry Elliott served as Jobscience’s CFO from day one — overseeing all aspects of financial management for the company. As chairman of the board, Terry now works with senior management to optimize Jobscience’s strategies and best practices. Under his guidance, Jobscience has enjoyed 10 years of market-leading growth.
Prior to Jobscience, Terry served as chairman and CFO of Intracel, and as chief financial officer of Eximas Pharmaceuticals. He has decades of experience with financial management, planning and staffing for technology-based companies as the managing partner of OVP Venture Partners and as a senior electronics industry consultant for Stanford Research Institute (SRI). Before SRI, Terry founded Wellsco Data Corp., a spinoff of Wells Fargo Bank, and he served as a naval officer with the Polaris program.
Terry holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
Steve Percival

Steve Percival is a seasoned HR professional who is currently supporting Washington Regional Medical System as the Vice President of HR. With over 23 years of service with Washington Regional, Steve is a member of the Hospital Executive Team and is responsible for numerous staff support functions including Human Resource, Education, Center for Exercise, Pastoral Care, Employee Health, Occupational Medicine, and a joint venture employer based wellness initiative. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in leadership development, human resources strategic and operational functions and consistently demonstrates an ability to successfully manage various support staff functions in a large comprehensive health care system.
Washington Regional is the largest health care system in northwest Arkansas employing more than 2,100. They have numerous outreach clinics and facilities in addition to their 300+ bed flagship tertiary care hospital, a 122 bed nursing home, free standing ambulatory surgery center, assisted living center, and dialysis centers. Steve is also designated as the System’s Incident Commander under the HICS emergency management system.
Prior to joining Washington Regional, Steve held key roles with Kettering Medical Center, Shopsmith Inc., and United Parcel Service (UPS). His educational background includes both a B.S. in Business and M.B.A. in Management from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and he is currently an adjunct full professor at Webster University.
As a leader in the community, Steve has served on the Fayetteville Board of Education for the past 17 years, serving as President from 1999- 2008 and is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer, Executive Committee for the Arkansas School Boards Association. Additionally, he is very active in numerous other community efforts including: Board of Directors - Jobscience, Inc., Chairman - Fayetteville Area Community Foundation Board of Directors, Board member - University of Arkansas’ Center for Management and Executive Development, and many others.
