With spring in the air, it’s time to share key dates with you for Jobscience’s upcoming release!
The Spring ’16 Release of Jobscience will arrive with new features, enhancements of existing features, and issue resolutions for all of our customers.
The key themes of this release are: Fewer Clicks, More Power, Better Results. You will now have one home for all your sourcing needs, a WordPress plugin for a more flexible job board, a streamlined timesheet tool and an easy way to connect Jobscience to a VMS, interactive step-by-step training to get you up and running, and more.
Whether you’re a staffing agency, a recruitment agency, or making hires in-house, your recruiters will love Jobscience’s new features.
Now, let’s take a look at key dates for Spring ’16 so you can mark your calendars:
April 18th: Spring ’16 Release Site
Release Site is published! For the first time customers will be able to get a sneak peak of Spring 16’. Our release site will include an overview of all our new features and will be the home for all release resources.
April 19th: Release Notes are available
Take a deeper dive into Spring ’16! Our release notes will become available on April 19th. Visit our Release Site to view an HTML version that you can read on your mobile device or bookmark in your browser.
April 22nd: Beta Sign-up Cut off Date
Please contact the Customer Success Department at firstname.lastname@example.org, before April 22nd if you would like to apply to be a beta tester for the WordPress plugin, a streamlined timesheet tool, or an easy way to connect Jobscience to a VMS.
May 2nd – May 6th: The First Release Week
Jobscience customers begin getting upgraded to the new release!
May 3rd and 5th: Release Readiness Webinar
Our VP of Product Development, David Brooks, and CEO, Ted Elliott, will be discussing and demoing new features live from the San Francisco Headquarters. You can sign up for one of our Release Readiness Webinars on our Release Site.
May 16th – June 4th: Release Training Available
Jobscience’s Customer Success Team will be holding two different training courses: One for our Staffing / Recruitment Agency Customers, and one for our In-House Recruitment Customers. We know you’re busy, so we’ve provided three different time slots for each customer group. You can register for a training course now on our Communities Page.

Click the Jobscience Community tab in your environment to enter the Community.
Once in the Community, click the Jobscience Release tab.
