Do not get set in your ways as a recruiter, nor as a private person. Be willing to try new things in your personal life, and it will spark your creativity. So what can you do? Order a different meal. Rearrange your office furniture. Try a different route home once in a while.
Doing things differently from time to time keeps your creative mind working and can help you see new solutions to problems you’ve been dealing with. Be creative and experiment with new techniques and solutions. This will reflect on your job and will be apparent to potential job applicants.
Cultivate Organizational Skills
Great marketers may be creative, but they are not chaotic. They are organized and get things done. So should you!
