DataTrim Dupe Alerts
Based on the experience from their DataTrim Data Laundry for AppExchange, d2b International has created a powerful new tool to help Jobscience users manage CRM’s biggest challenge: duplicate records!
Dupes are a common problem when data is continuously entered from different sources: user input, Web-to-lead forms, prospect list imports, etc. Preventing the dupes to enter is almost impossible, realizing that there are already dupes in the database requires a need for a solution that can identify existing dupes at any time, and alert you when new dupes are introduced — DataTrim Dupe Alerts is the tool to address these challenges.
DataTrim Dupe Alerts facilitates an automated process where new and changed records regularly are matched/deduped against the existing data, and potential duplicate records are listed and presented for merge and purge. De-duplication of Candidates, Accounts, Contacts, Leads and even Leads against Contacts is supported by various views and definitions on duplicates. When viewing the Dupe Alerts result you can merge the dupe pairs directly inside the Jobscience solution, using one of multiple merge facilities: Mass merge, Merge Wizard and Quick Merge included in the DataTrim Dupe Alerts PlugIn.
