In addition to more than 100 customer-requested enhancements, the TalentCloud2 Winter ’11 release adds three new main modules. These are:

+ Jobscience Learning – Electronic learning management system (LMS) with access to more than 30,000 titles from leading e-learning providers. Jobscience Learning delivers web-based training and tracks students’ progress as they work through each course.
+ Jobscience Forms – Electronic versions of employee surveys, HR documents and other frequently used forms. HR organizations also can use Jobscience Forms to create and deploy new forms. The module captures the information, then stores the data in the integrated TalentCloud database.
+ Jobscience Partner Exchange – Jobscience has teamed up with more than a dozen other [Force.com](http://www.force.com) partners to deliver applications that extend the productivity of Jobscience customers.
